お申し込みの流れ
初めてご利用頂きます際には、下記の要領にてお申し込み下さい。


1.パンフレットの送り先を連絡下さい。連絡方法は下記から選んでください。

2.パンフレットがあなたのお宅へ郵送されます。


3.入会申込書などに必要事項をご記入の上、同封の返信封筒にてご返送ください。


4.ご利用予約の申し込みをしてください。
・ご利用日の2営業日前までに、E-MAIL、ﾌｧｯｸｽまたはお電話にてご予約ください。
・ご予約時間帯は、お子様の不安がないよう、簡単な事前のﾐｰﾃｨﾝｸﾞと、終了時のﾚﾎﾟｰﾄ作成時間を含めた時間帯でお申し込みください。


5.ご利用日の前日までにｼｯﾀｰのﾌﾟﾛﾌｨｰﾙ紹介を電話にてさせていただきます。


6.シッターがお約束の日時にお伺いし、ｼﾃｨﾝｸﾞさせて頂きます。
ﾚﾎﾟｰﾄを作成し、お子様の保育状態をご報告いたします。


7.ご利用明細書(月末締めで一ヶ月分)を翌月15日までに郵送いたします。


8.銀行口座振込にてお支払いください。
自動引落も利用いただけます。
